Your role:

  • Creation and management of request / incident tickets (IT Portal, E-mails and phone);
  • Troubleshooting printers and copiers;
  • Configuration and installation of workstations;
  • Configuration of laptops and mobile phones;
  • Participation to the training programme of new joiners (guidance in IT tools);
  • Support for meeting rooms;
  • Management of the telephone exchange and video conferencing system;
  • Monitoring internal staff movements;
  • Regular updating of the lists of equipment and procedures;
  • Implementation of “user path” (UX) techniques;
  • Security awareness among users.

Your profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent higher education in computer science;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and working environment;
  • You  have  very  good  knowledge  of  Microsoft  Office;
  • You have strong knowledge in service management (incident/ problem management);
  • You  are  familiar  with  encoding  tickets  through a tool and escalating security issues to the Security Manager;
  • You can keep a conversation in French;
  • You have a sense of service and pedagogy with a good team spirit;
  • You are organized and know how to manage your priorities;
  • Knowledge of ITIL will be considered as an asset.

Your role:

  • Develop new user-facing features;
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use;
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability;
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end;
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;
  • Get feedback from users and customers, and build solutions for them;
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies;
  • Ensure high-quality graphics standards and brand consistency;

Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and working environment;
  • Experience with ReactJs and/or Angularjs, HTML and CSS;
  • Experience in Nodejs;
  • Experience with automation frameworks NPM, Gulp and/or Grunt;
  • Basic notions of front-end Unit Testing;
  • Experience with source control and Git tools;
  • RestApi’s knowledge is valued;
  • Framework.Net (ASP.NET, SQLServer) Knowledge is valued;
  • Analytical and critical analyses skills;
  • Ability to define priority’s and keep deadlines;
  • Team work;
  • Fluency in English language;

  • Optimize applications for testing and production enviroments;

Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and working environment;
  • Experience with .NET stack;
  • Fluency with ORMs;
  • Basic notions of Unit Testing
  • Experience working in Agile environments;
  • Experience in application containerization is valued;
  • Knowledge of source control and Git tools;
  • Analytical and critical analyses skills;
  • Ability to define priority’s and keep deadlines;
  • Team work;
  • Fluency in English language;
